Shipping Policy




Turnaround

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Saturday 10am – 6pm. If any delay happened while providing information from customer side it will effect the shipment date. It usually takes 5-6 business/working days for the delivery of products.

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.


Shipping Rates

Every new customer, that is very first time to become a Distributor of Vestige, you will enjoy the FREE SHIPPING for First Purchase Order, if the order amount is Rs.1100 and above. However if shipping charge is still shown in your order, then one quantity of Dentassure Toothpaste worth Rs. 65 will be shipped in order to adjust the shipping charge and respective business volume points would reflect for those products. From second purchase onward courier charges will be Rs.65 flat for all over India. If order amount Rs. 2500 and above, you will enjoy the FREE SHIPPING as per the Vestige Shipping Policy at present.

Variable Shipping Rate

Variable shipping rate may be applicable on your order based on the area pin code provided as per different courier services used by Vestige catering center. In such situations, we will notify you regarding the additional shipping charges which will be applicable at the time of processing the order. If your order has the base shipping rate included then you will need to pay the difference in the actual shipping charges. For example, if your actual shipping charges are Rs. 180, then you will be informed to pay a difference of Rs. 115 to the person processing the order for you.


Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock and if part of the order cannot be supplied due to non-availability in the Shipping Address state branch, then the amount for those products will be refunded to the account details emailed by you. Full amount of the order will be refunded only when all the products in the order are not available in the Shipping Address state branch or you can request us to put the order on hold until all the products are available. NOTE: This stock mentioned in this website is for our team office only. Orders placed by you are subject to stock availability in the Shipping address state branch.
